My Philosophy

I believe that what happens during birth will stay with a woman for the rest of her life. Whether or not she remembers every detail, she will remember the way she felt. I want you to look back at your birth and feel that you were supported, that you were strong, and that you did a magnificent thing.
I hope to be the glue for you and your partner during the hard moments reminding you of what you want and helping you to achieve your goals.
I believe that birth is beautiful no matter how or where you choose to have your baby, and I support you in your decisions.
I believe that every woman deserves a doula and I am committed to working with different financial statuses through payment plans, and other arrangements.
Most of all I cherish the privilege of being a part of your journey and hold sacred being invited to a birth. I look forward to guiding you on the path to meeting your baby.

My Story

I am a Christian, mother to four adorable and energetic children, wife, friend, and passionate doula! Birth work is my labor of love. My journey began with my first traumatic childbirth and second well-supported childbirth where I felt like I had the reigns, knowledge, and support I needed. It ended with two challenging but beautiful home waterbirths!

In addition to being a doula and busy mom; I am a part-time school secretary for a private school. My spare time is spent crocheting, drawing, keeping chickens, doing home improvement projects, and carting kids around! I am a social person and a naturally supportive friend. I am always picking up new hobbies and striving to improve myself and my community.
