Phone & Email Support
I provide 24/7 phone, text, and e-mail support to my clients.
2-3 Prenatal Visits
I provide 2 prenatal meetings for my clients where we discuss your hopes and fears, birth plan, previous births, comfort measures, the birth process, breastfeeding, baby care, and more.
During labor
During labor; I provide full support by using encouraging words, my hands, suggestions for how partners can be involved, and a wealth of ideas for comfort measures and birth positions.
I go on call full-time at 38 weeks gestation. When labor begins I join you at your home or place of birth. I will stay with you until you have your baby and in the immediate hours postpartum. If desired, I will help you with your first feeding and make sure you are settled before departing.
1-2 Postpartum Visits
I prefer to visit twice postpartum to talk about your birth, assist with breastfeeding, answer questions about baby care, provide limited practical help with household duties and older children, and to be there for you emotionally.
Complimentary Birth Photography
I offer complimentary birth photography for my doula clients! I do not edit the photos. Mini newborn sessions are available for $50.
Rebozo and Spinning Babies
Rebozo is a Mexican tradition of using a long scarf in varying positions and ties during labor to relieve pressure and help "sift" the baby. I am trained in Rebozo and offer it during labor.

I utilize Spinning Babies techniques in labor to optimize fetal positioning.

Aromatherapy
I bring Doterra and Young Living Essential Oils to births and use them for aromatherapy.

Act respectfully and professionally towards you and all of the people you choose to have present at your birth.
The fee for birth doula services is $1,200. A $400 deposit at the signing of our contract, and the remainder is due by 38 weeks gestation.
